General Description: I have a very military-based view on a lot of things due to the fact that my father was a Marine and I spent every summer of my childhood at a military camp and I spent 3 years in the Marines myself. I am quite passionate about a lot of things, especially music. Ever since a friend of mine showed me the joy of playing the guitar when I was in high school, I became just a little obsessed with it. I'm a good guy, loyal... that probably comes from the Marines too. Another Marine trait that I have would be the pigheaded stubborness. I'm kind of unmovable in a lot of my habits and opinions.

Overview: I was born on March 24th, 1989 into a military family. One of those families where my father's, father's, father... up until the time of the civil war, was in the armed forces. My father was a Marine. The best of the best. So needless to say, rules at my house were pretty strict. I was raised on a military base, even. Attending military school when I was 5 years old and by the time I was 7, I was even spending one month of the summer at military summer camp. I was the model child in my family. Disciplined, yet carefree. I was proud of my family serving the united states. I was proud that one day, I would follow in my father's and my forefather's footsteps to enter into the military, and then start my own family. It was the perfect dream.
Until my father was discharged dishonorably. Something about stealing federal files and government secrets. I don't know... he was sent to prison and my family and I were sent away. So it was just my mother and I to take care of my sister, Kiara. I was 15, a freshman in high school when that happened, and it was my first time being in a public high school. Needless to say, I was surprised by not only the lack of discipline, but the lack real punishment at the school. For the first time in my life, I didn't have to stand at attention. I didn't have to salute my professors. It was freedom. That was where I found music. Not the classical music that my mother often listened to, or the cadence of military drums and the military songs. No, real imaginative, moving music.
Unfortunately, my love for music was put on hold until I could complete what I had been brought up for. So I entered into the military fresh from high school. Due to the fact that I had attended a military academy for so long, I entered in above a usual level. It put me ahead of the others in my pledge year. It was my intent to serve for four years... then perhaps go to school. Or come back and start a musical career. Unfortunately, it didn't work that way. Three years into my service, under the duress of enemy fire, I was shot saving the life of one of my unit. The lives of my men were what were important to me. I was in the prime of my military career. A second lieutenant of the Marine Corps. The bullet entered through my left side... and exited through my torso. When I blacked out on the field, I knew it was done... I had died for my country.
So when I woke up in New Haven, I was just a little surprised. That was three years ago. Since then, I have started a business in a way where I can still enjoy music. Since there are no bands here... I decided that I may as well bring music to New Haven. I opened up a karaoke bar.
