[/style]Eye Color: Green. Height: 5'6". Weight: 119lbs. Distinguishing Features: Hips pierced, naval pierced, septum piercing. No tattoos yet. Play By: Izzy Hilton. General Overview: Contrary to popular belief, Brilee is actually a guy. He isn’t a very manly guy by any sense and will often be seen dressed in women’s clothing. In fact, he’s very seldom seen in men’s clothes. Kenz finds amusement in messing with people’s heads and will very rarely if ever correct someone when they call him a girl. His features are more soft and feminine than a lot of guys’, and the fact he’s never seen without makeup doesn’t help this either. Fairly tall and thin, he’s typically viewed as a scrawny guy or a petite girl, it just depends on who is looking. Bright colors and patterns, layers, cartoon t-shirt, heels, boots, jeans, skirts, dresses… there’s not much that Bri won’t wear. He’ almost always seen with his camera bag and a bag to carry his laptop in. This “girl” can be spotted taking photos around town, and almost always with a smile on his face. His porcelain skin only makes his green eyes stand out more, and his almost white blond hair is hardly ever seen as less than perfect. Image is everything, after all. Brilee has a septum piercing that he doesn’t always, wear but sometimes will and that tends to startle people. | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,220,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #6F68B4;] [style=padding: 10px; text-align: justify; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 11px; height: 425px; width: 220px; overflow: auto; color: #ffffff;]G E N E R A L |

General Description: Brilee is the type of person who can get along with just about anybody. He’s nice and sweet, always trying to do the right thing and put those he cares about first. He’s the type of person who will stay awake until five in the morning just to be your shoulder to cry on while devouring an entire carton of ice cream. Bri is easily one of the girls, enjoying shopping, makeup, clothing, and all that typical girly stuff. Only problem is that he’s a boy; and, to be honest, he’s quite proud of it. Kenz can just as easily be one of the guys and loves being able to dress down in his sports clothing and shoot some hoops or kick around a soccer ball. It’s not something that’s often expected of him, but the boy tries to deny stereotypes. He never lies about his gender to anyone, choosing to let them make up their own decision on that, unless of course it’s someone he’s going to hook up or date. They deserve to know the truth outright.
Brilee is a hugging type of person, but at the same time he understands and respects personal space. He’ll always ask if it is okay for him to give you a hug before he actually does so. He was not always so open, though, and anyone who knew him before New Haven, knew him as the quiet little blond boy with the "girl" name that did not have many friends.

Overview: Brilee was an only child, and born a bit later into his parents' lives. His mother had insisted he was going to be a girl, and that was how he had ended up with a highly feminine name. When it was found out that he was a boy, his mother refused to change the names. Bri was friendly as a kid, and he had quite a few friends, but he was spending more time doing what the other kids were, what he thought was right. His name earned him a lot of taunts and jeers, though he tried to ignore them. He did not have as many friends when he got in to middle school, mostly because he switched school districts when his family moved. He was quick to befriend someone in the school named Areli, someone he found out was a lot more like him than he had thought. They shared secrets with each other that neither wanted the rest of the world to know, despite being a couple years apart in age. Areli was Brilee's first kiss, though it made both of them burst out into laughter. They knew that they liked boys, but one another? It was too weird, and they never crossed that line again.
When Areli died, Lee was pretty inconsolable for a while. He had just lost his best friend, the one person who knew everything about him, and how he liked things he probably shouldn't. It was a sad time. He had a long grieving period, but eventually realized he needed to go on with his life. He played sports in school, did the whole jock thing. He did not date or go out. He did not go to prom. People thought he was just waiting until he was eighteen because his parents were overprotective or something. In all honesty, it was just because he had no real way to come out that would not drive everyone away. Until he moved to New York City after he graduated high school.
It was the best few years of his life. He could be himself in a city that did not care as much. Sure, most of the places he went to were considered underground, but there were people who did not care that he liked boys and dressing up in women's clothes. It was amazing. Brilee was a waiter part time, but that did not bring in such a good income. So, one of his good friends introduced him to a club that they thought he would thrive at, and he did. It was a strip joint, but he could be himself there, he could dance (albeit while taking clothes off), and he could get paid. It was a win, win, win situation in his view. Plus, it was a really good place that insisted that none of the dancers be on any drugs (besides needed OTC medications or ones for health issues), and there was a hands-off policy. Brilee definitely loved his job.
He was really beginning to thrive as a person, and he was in a really good relationship, when everything changed. There was an accident in his apartment building, and the entire thing caught fire. He was trapped inside. He died from the smoke inhalation and lack of oxygen as the room he was trapped in never really was effected by the flames. His transition to New Haven was rather eventful, as he spent a good few weeks being completely miserable. That was until he saw a familiar face. Areli was there. His best friend was there with him. The two spent some time catching up, and Bri ended up moving in with Artie, and they continued their friendship as it was before. Maybe life in New Haven would not be so bad, especially as the times changed and the two of them being who they are became more and more acceptable.
