As you may have already guessed, this is Madison. If you'd like, you can challenge using her Chinese name, SzeHuei. No takers? Not surprised. Madison here is seventeen years old and unfortunately died too young due to an accident. Getting hit by a truck was not pleasant, especially on the first day of the exams she spent her whole life preparing for.

Madison is a quiet girl, not because she's shy. Oh, no. She can actually be very friendly if she wants to. But the thing is, she doesn't usually want to. The girl needs some help with her social skills so if you want to be friends with her, you have to make the first move. Though she can be very awkward, she's not a bad friend to have. If, of course, you manage to get over her almost-ever-present scowl. This girl really needs a few friends in this afterlife, who else can teach her to loosen up a bit?

Never get yourself on the bad side of Madison Chong, especially if you don't like being treated like a five-year-old. Suffice it to say that it's not hard to annoy Madison. She usually ignores it when stupid people do stupid things, but if you somehow involve her, be prepared for a serious telling off. As long as you don't mess with Madison, though, she won't mess with you.

Madison's never been on a date before. While she was still alive, she studied at an all-girls school. For five years. That and the fact that she wasn't the friendliest of people made sure that she didn't get the chance to interact with boys a lot. However, she desperately needs someone to help her start living, even when she's technically dead.

AJ & MADISON - I don't see a whole lot here, except maybe a mutual understanding of asian standards, and maybe some bonding over books. On the surface, they don't seem to have very much in common, but AJ can get along with just about anyone, and, being pretty reserved himself, would probably get along with someone else who tended to keep to themselves. I could see them having a relatively casual friendship, maybe discussing books. Like a two-person book club, or something. If you get what I'm saying. Haha.

JO & MADISON - I see nothing here. Jo is more than a decade older than Madison. I don't think they would even talk, and if they did, it'd be brief.

DENNY & MADISON - Denny has been in New Haven for a long time, and he loves everyone. He's loud, open, and very friendly. Even though he is a few years older than Madison, I think he'd still try to be her friend, and who knows? Maybe he could help her loosen up a little. They may be polar opposites, but maybe that's just what Madison needs. That is, if Denny doesn't annoy her too much. He can be very in your face, but he is a very dedicated and great friend. Plus, I think Madison would like his dog, Betty, who is pretty much the definition of fluffy and cute, albeit big and excitable. Not sure where they would run into each other, though. I guess if Madison grabbed a bite to eat at Steak 'n Shake, they might run into each other. Or maybe while walking dogs, or something. Madison doesn't seem like the type who would frequent the mall, and she's too young to go to Icon or anything like that. Heh.

AJ & MADISON - Yes, I can see the two as casual friends. Since they go to the same school and all, maybe they can have lunch together or something of the like? The mini book club idea sounds great
JO & MADISON - I'm afraid you're right about these two. I doubt they'd even have the slightest chance for interaction. =[

DENNY & MADISON - Sounds good. Even if their first meeting may seem like Mars hitting Venus. I can see Madison having fun with Betty, though she might be a little awkward trying to communicate with Denny. They could definitely become friends or something. Madison needs to lighten up and Denny sounds like the best person to help.
