[/style]Eye Color: Brown. Height: 5'8". Weight: 118lbs. Distinguishing Features: No piercings. A Supernatural anti-possession tattoo on his right shoulder blade. Play By: Dylan O'Brien. General Overview: Comfort is pretty much the driving force in Ian's wardrobe. Hoodies, t-shirts, relaxed jeans (never tight), and sneakers make up his day-to-day wear. He owns few dress shirts and slacks, but there are a couple floating around in his wardrobe. His most favorite pair of shoes are these old Converse that are literally falling apart. He's got them held together with duct tape. His hair is generally kept pretty short, but is often unstyled. He does not like messing with it. The boy's got pale skin, but were he to decide to spend more time outdoors, he can tan a little, though generally he just turns red then returns to white. He bruises really easily, especially after he got sick, when it became more noticeable. He's a bit underweight, but that has been going up slowly since he arrived in New Haven. | [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=width,220,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,0,true][atrb=style, background-color: #6F68B4;] [style=padding: 10px; text-align: justify; font-family: Times New Roman; font-size: 11px; height: 425px; width: 220px; overflow: auto; color: #ffffff;]G E N E R A L |

General Description: That boy that often sits by himself in the library, pouring over another book while mumbling softly to himself? Yeah, that would be Ian. He is often seen doing things like that. He's a bit of a nerd and enjoys learning, the type of guy that if he could, he would go to ComicCon every year. Ian's a bit withdrawn, but he is a sweetheart. He'll stop and help someone if they need it, but then usually just continue on his way. The teen is known for being jumpy and paranoid, but that would be one of the side-effects of his schizophrenia, even when he is on his medications. That is partially because of one of his delusions that plagues him whenever he is off the medications. The dark thing that follows him around and has him always looking over his shoulder. He does not know what it is yet, but at least it has not struck out... yet. He is just waiting, though. Ian is not often seen with other people, but that is because he prefers the company of his best friend... Josh... who happens to not exist. Josh is another of his delusions, someone who is always there for him, at least when he misses his meds. When he is on them, he misses that companionship, but he knows it's in his head.

Overview: The first born in his family,
His mother really had no idea what to do, so she started him seeing a therapist. The therapist worked really closely with Ashley, though it took a long time for him to ever show any signs that his mother had told the therapist about. Ian got on to Josh for bothering him, which the woman made note of in the teen's file. He had actually reacted as though someone was touching him. There was no signs of schizophrenia in Ian's family that they were aware of; but, the teen was obviously suffering through multiple delusions. It was then that Ian's therapist suggested trying anti-psychotics and a few new medications thought to help relieve the symptoms of schizophrenia. Ian did not like taking them, but he did.
That was until he got sick. Ian was in his senior year of high school when he first started noticing the bruises, and his mother made note of his decreasing appetite. Thinking it was just a bad side-effect to his medications, they just went in to have that checked out and maybe a smaller dosage prescribed. However, what they found out was worse, much worse. Ian was sick, as in the type of sickness where there really was no cure. They could try chemo and radiation, but the teen was diagnosed with leukemia, and even then, his chances of making it were slim. Ian battled it out, though. He went through a lot trying to battle the cancer. His friends were all there for him through it all.
However, he knew he would not make it out alive, and sure enough, he ended up passing before Christmas. He had at least got to see his friends graduate, though being so sick had made it so he did not pass. His school had let him walk with them, though. Waking up after he had passed in a strange hospital sent Ian into a panic attack, but he soon settled down. It took a lot for him to get used to the new world and almost a year later, finally being able to go to college after graduating, Ian was still fairly sickly looking. He was slowly gaining the weight back, though he was warned he may never really do that. Ian would handle that, though. He struggled with his dislike of his medications to help with his delusions, though and sometimes still went without them for a while. He was enjoying life in New Haven for the most part, though he was excited to see what his second chance might bring him.
