New Haven is just that, a new safe haven for all the young souls that were lost too soon. In this place, they have a chance to live the lives they never finished before their deaths. Graduated high school, go to college, get that career you always wanted, start a family. Of course, nobody ages here. It is a place where the young ones are in control. Sure, there are still rules and regulations; after all, there would be chaos otherwise. It is a place that has everything anyone could ever need, the perfect place to make up for lost time. What would you do with a second chance? The Reapers are the ones to make sure that the young ones are healthy and uninjured, the ones who teach and direct. They're the ones who are basically in control. All aged over twenty seven, they're the beings who are the ones who bring the young ones to New Haven. Not everyone is aware of it, however, and some may not take the news so well.
