To those who do not know him, upon first glance, would think that Kye had absolutely no emotions. Underneath the stoic mask that he wears, Kye is a burning individual. He was always taught that showing ones emotions are a weakness. Because every time he betrayed his feelings, his father would exploit them. Kye is a lost individual, taught that the only thing that emotion can gain is pain. Though he desperately longs for the kind of life he had seen in movies or on television, and is not a cruel individual in his own right. He is not the cold, uncaring person that he makes himself out to be, but instead is someone who attempts to show everyone a compassion that he was never given. He knows what its like to be hurt, and so tries not to do it to anyone else.

Those people who don't mind a challenge, Kye is the kind of friend for you. He has exceptionally thick walls surrounding his mind, and he has trust issues, though he isn't someone who is very cruel. Despite his exterior, he can be a good friend, a good listener, and someone who could give decent advice. He wants to be able to help people, but secretly worries that by getting to close to someone, they would only hurt him, so he keeps most people at arms length, and while he is one that people can confide in, he doesn't confide in many people.

A lot of people think that Kye believes himself to be superior to them because of his seeming disinterest and aloof detatchment from all things emotional. This has made him a few enemies who don't like superior attitudes or who get frustrated easily when they don't see immediate results in something, getting through to Kye could take a lot of work, and those with little patience need not apply.

Kye isn't the type to form relationships quickly. Because he has those trust issues and trouble showing his emotions, he's not everyone's ideal lover. He isn't much into displays of affection. He's never had someone to express that side of himself with. He's never even been kissed. So he's not exactly the type to have any kind of flings or friends with benefits, but if you think you have what it takes to teach this boy how to love, then he's all yours.

Miles will be the first to admit that he's got a big ego. He knows that he's good looking and loves to show it off. He is quite trusting though and very loyal to those he cares about, but he does have his limits. Within seconds, he can turn from the sweetest guy alive to the biggest jerk. He speaks his mind and he doesn't give a shit about what anyone else thinks about the way he talks, feels, acts, or dresses. He can be a little overprotective of his younger brother and his friends, but he's usually a pretty happy-go-lucky kind of guy that is overly loud and obnoxious.

Miles is the type to have a lot of friends. He had some trouble when he first came to New Haven because he felt shitty about leaving his brother behind, but has finally started to open up in the last six months or so and is likely to have made some friends by now. He's very loyal, and the kind of guy who likes to go out and have a good time whether its just playing some basketball in the park or hanging out in the food court at the mall, he's not really picky.

Since Miles is pretty blunt about what he thinks, he's probably got plenty of people who he pisses off. He's willing to fight to back up what he says though, so odds are, if you're enemies, you've come to blows before. Miles may look like a scrawny little teenager, but he packs quite a punch!

Miles is a little bit of a player. He likes getting physical, so flings and fwbs are not totally improbably. He's got a serious crush on someone at the moment though, so their likely won't be any relationships at this point, 'cause he's kind of hung up on this one guy. But if you want to crush on him or bed him... we'll talk. -wink-

Salizar's always been known as the 'smart one'. Even back when he was alive, he was always the guy that got picked on because he was the kind who liked to stay inside and read books instead of going out and causing trouble, or hanging out at the candy shop. He had always wanted to become the town doctor. So he focused on making something of himself, and because he was misunderstood, he never wants anyone to feel that way or worthless and he cares about other people. Especially younger people. He has developed a bit of a habit of flirting with pretty faces, but most of his core ideals from when he was alive have endured in New Haven.

Salizar won't have many younger friends, most of his friends would probably be those who died in their twenties or are other reapers. He is exceptionally loyal though, and kindhearted, so he could probably have friends for those of the older members of New Haven. He may become friends with those who died younger but have been there for longer so that their maturity level is even with those who died at an older age.

I'm not sure how many of these he will have either. Because he tries not to make enemies, he tries to be nice to anyone that he is able to. Of course, that in and of itself could probably make people dislike him or think that he's treating them as inferior.

Salizar is very work-oriented, he doesn't really have much time for having relationships. On a previous mission, he fell for his subject and so was pulled from the job and put someplace else. One of his greatest fears is falling for someone that he can't have, so he tries desparately to avoid relationships.

At first glance, Stryker seems like an exceptionally outgoing and friendly guy who is overconfidant. Though those that look closely might see that the smile he always wears very rarely actually reaches his eyes. He's had a hard life and however much he'd like to hide it, those who know him best know that there is something hidden behind those eyes. Sometimes his smiles and jokes are a little forced and people who get to know him learn that he is not as arrogant and cocky behind closed doors. It takes a bit of work to get to this trusted state, because he's got quite a few trust issues. He's really just a sensitive person who wants to be loved for who he is.

Stryker has a lot of superficial friends, friends whom don't know the inner him. These are the people that he hangs out with, laughs and jokes with, but very rarely sees behind Stryker's mask. Those who he can open up with are exceptionally rare and usually someone that he shares a connection with, whether its from someone who understands because they've had a similar past, or someone who has just hung around and stuck through with him past the smiles and jokes.

Stryker has serious trust issues, so it makes him exceptionally suspicious of just about everyone and he keeps most people at arms length. These people could probably go into the enemy category just because he keeps people away from himself if he thinks that they are getting to close and he hasn't come to trust them yet.

While he has trust issues, he's not above flings and fwb. He likes to have his pleasure, just don't expect to have an immidiate relationship. He has a future already lined up, but until they are officially together then relationships are all up in the air. Just remember, he probably won't get to close to anyone, and is bound to leave some broken hearts behind him.

Van is, to put it simply, a sweetheart. Most anyone that he meets will tell you that he's got a heart of gold. Despite dying because he had leukemia, instead of getting bitter, he decided to make everything count, and so never turns away a friendship and is nice to everyone until they prove him wrong. He's also the type that girls (and boys!) tend to be attracted to, and he has a hard time telling a pretty face no. Of course, its been a while since he's been with anyone because of the illness, but it isn't something he'd refuse. He figures that life is to short to be 'saving' himself, of course now that he's in New Haven he's got all the time in the world, though when he finds "the one", then he'll stop horsing around. He is his own man and intends to live his second chance life to its fullest.

Van is an exceptionally loyal person. Nearly everyone he meets he counts as a friend unless they prove him that they are not worthy of it. He's the kind of friend that will be standing beside you in a jail cell saying "damn that was fun" or the kind of friend that will help you hide a body. He's a light-hearted kind of guy who lets his inner child rule his life. He loves to goof off with his friends and generally just have a good time. Most people will be in this category.

Van doesn't have many enemies, though it is something that occurs in all reality. Most of the people in this category are those people who have double-crossed him or done something to one of his friends. Because he is very protective of his friends, he doesn't tolerate anyone hurting or upsetting them.

Van probably will have a few fwb or flings depending on how fast his relationship that is plotted out for him happens. But he's always been a bit of a player and a hell of a flirt, and the flirting likely isn't about to stop anytime soon, relationship or not.

Yony is quite a disturbed boy, and given his past, its no secret as to why he is so screwed up. Boarder line suicidal, Yony is a cutter, a scratcher, a hitter... anything that he thinks could possibly cause him pain. There was so much pain in his past that now he needs it to function, its his own personal high. He's addicted to the endorphins that his brain releases when it recognizes pain, and Yony craves it. He's exceptionally anti-social, and doesn't talk much to other people. There is also a part of him that loves to watch other people squirm when they are in pain. He simply can't help himself.
He keeps to himself, rarely talking about himself or... well... anything. He ignores looks people give him, or the whispers that they speak, mostly about his past and how it's rumored that he killed his father. After all, why correct them? It's true. But the bastard deserved it. He isn't looking for pity or anything of that nature. He does not like physical contact, and would sooner scratch your eyes out then allow you to touch him. Or break some random bone... or your face... but you get the picture. Look, don't touch. His soul is riddled with scars, the deepest by far are tied to the memory of watching his mother be killed, and by killing his own little sister when she was still just a kid.

Yony is not the type that people would want to be friends with. Even those that he speaks to, he is always short, callous, and exceptionally rude. Don't like it? Go the fuck away. Yony doesn't need anyone, and he uses anyone dumb enough to let him. He only holds a 'friendship' so long as it is beneficial to him. Once it stops being beneficial to him, he drops the relationship like a rock into Lake Michigan. Those that are of a like mind are generally the only type that are going to want to be friends with this guy. But he's not exactly the most loyal... if it benefits him to kill someone, even if they are technically a 'friend', he'd probably do it in a heartbeat.

This... is probably where everyone is going to end up. Even those who are his 'friends' are his enemies. He can afford no weakness that is someone he cares about. He'd never really display any affection for anyone. He's mean, he's cruel, he's rude, his crude, and he doesn't give a shit whose bad side he gets on. He is his own man and that is all that he gives a shit about.

Lover. Pet. Slave. These are pretty much all interchangeable to Yony. There is only one person he has ever sacrificed himself for, and he thinks that he was a damn fool to do it. He has pets, those he is amused with for a short spell and then disposes of when he loses interest with them. If you think you can tame this heart... you're in for quite a work-out.
